Working Principle(calciner)

Fluidizing bed is composed of an air-proof case, consisting of fluidizing room, fluidizing hole-plate, high temperature wind box and base. Materials of fluidizing room and other parts are dependent on temperatures and material property for calcinations. After entering into the fluidizing room, materials produce fluidizing effects with the high temperature air movement. And after continuous fluidization, the materials discharge from the outlet when meeting the process requirements for calcinations materials.
