Detailed Product Description

The side calciner designed by Dongda Power company is an effective equipment with the combination of drying calcing and scattering,which is also called one-step process equipment dirctly heated by the burnt gas to calcine gypsum wiht the coal,coal gas and natural gas as the heat resource.

Process:deliver the raw material of gypsum to be calcined to the calciner by the feeder;with the functions of dispersion force and heated air,the raw materials is scattered,dried calcined and rapidly homegenized and then drained by the discharge opening after calcination.The tail gas will be discharged after dust collection and the collected gypsm will be delivered to the storage room.
